Online personal training is recommended for those who prefer to work out from home and intend to lose some weight. With online personal training, more time and attention is given to each exercise as compared to classes.

We offer online personal training only for the following:

  1.  Kettlebell (Weight loss/ Sports)  2. Yoga

Online
personal Training-solo

One-on-one online training between you and the coach is best suited for those who need extra time to catch up and grasp your techniques. A minimum of one kettlebell is required. 

1 session: $70

5 sessions: $340

10 sessions: $650
