 Ultimate Fitness was started in 2016  by Anu Raja who is a kettlebell sports athlete and Coach, with a group of friends who wanted a change in lifestyle.  5 years on, we have evolved into a community that coaches kettlebells, yoga, and mobility.

Contrary to popular belief, kettlebells can be used for more than just swings. This is a very versatile piece of equipment that can be used for weight loss and improved general fitness. We also offer training for those who choose to compete in Kettlebell Sports.

Coach Anu was my personal trainer for 2 solid years - focussing on mobility and strength training. Her training sessions are well planned and very focussed. Her kettlebell sessions were amazing with her imparting all the proper techniques.
